We help you break apart and then rebuild.

This is an on-site session run over a period of 2.5 days. Here we will come and spend every waking (and sleeping) hour with you over a 2.5 day period. We will watch you, coax you, chastise you and generally aim to make you more aware of your own behaviour and that of other members of the team.

This is our highest level of engagement. We will use techniques adapted from our combined commercial and military experiences to help you leave as a better connected and more effective unit than you were when you arrived.

At times this can become quite uncomfortable but your safety will always be our primary priority.
