Here's where we all get to know each other much better. We will join several of your meetings over a course of 3 months or more. You just continue as normal and we watch how you work and interact. We get to know you better as a team and also as individuals. We aim to understand what makes you tick and where any issues or challenges might lie. We provide regular monthly team observations and confidential 1 on 1 feedback.
